Safety: mission and vision

Bebat works with everyone involved to make collecting and processing discarded batteries as safe as possible for people and the environment. Safety is key to everything we do at Bebat.

• We cannot do this on our own: we do it together with everyone in Belgium, our collection points, producers, processors, and partners, helping them to play their part safely.
• Collecting and processing start with understanding the risks involved. We take stock of and evaluate these, and always choose an appropriate approach.
• Our approach focuses on preventing risks, mitigating impacts, and providing excellent aftercare.
• We provide suitable collection and transport equipment. We also offer guidance and technical support.
• We follow the latest developments and keep on innovating.
• We share our knowledge and expertise.
