Icons

Style rules

A single line thickness is used for icons.

Rounded corners on the outside of the icon are preferred. If a right angle enhances the overall look of the icon, this is preferable.

The ends of the lines should have a butt cap or rounded cap.

A combination of straight and rounded corners may be used on the inside of the icon.

Use

ISO icons are used in large sizes of at least 64 px. They have more detail and can convey more complex information than UI icons. They are built with a line of 2.2 px.

Always scale the icons using the scale tool or K in Figma. Tick the Scale strokes & effects checkbox in Illustrator.

UI icons

We do the same with the Tabler Icon Library, which will be used on Bebat’s platforms for the UI icons.
